Grass Lover

In this performance, I wore a green faux fur costume and used a 5-gallon pesticide backpack sprayer to water the grassland—ironically, in the name of “saving” the land. Meanwhile, in the background, a bulldozer was removing this natural landscape to make way for urbanization. Through this absurd juxtaposition, I invite viewers to reevaluate our complex and contradictory relationship with nature.
